Russ Russell began his career as a dental hygiene technician in the US Navy and was quickly promoted to the position of operations of dental service centers. He served in Japan and during the Gulf War, and after 11 years of service, he was hired by Patterson Dental where he grew from a Service Technician to Equipment Sales and Branch Manager over 16 years. Before joining the Hayes Handpiece Repair team, Russ worked as a broker for dental practices through Southeast Transitions of Atlanta, Georgia.

Amy Russell also has a strong background in the dental industry, with over 15 years of experience in various positions. She was trained in handpiece repairs and troubleshooting at Dentsply’s Midwest Division, where she worked with dental office staff, dental and hygiene schools, and government facilities to train and manage handpiece maintenance.
