Enbio S
The Enbio S has been a top-selling autoclave in Europe for several years, but is now available through your local Hayes office. This compact, tabletop autoclave is capable of ultra-fast sterilization times with the pathogen destroying guarantee of a Class B autoclave. Its pre/post vacuum technology allows it to remove 99% of the air inside the chamber through vacuum pulses, enabling it to penetrate hard to reach areas.
As an Enbio Class B sterilizer, the system is designed to process hollow, solid, wrapped, and unwrapped instruments with consistent reliability. This level of performance allows practices to meet comprehensive sterilization requirements without relying on larger, space-intensive equipment.
Enbio S Technical Specifications Overview
The Enbio S autoclave specs are designed to support fast-paced practices that require reliable performance in a compact format. Specifications focus on efficient vacuum processing, rapid cycle capability, and optimized chamber use to support both wrapped and unwrapped instrument sterilization.
COMPACT SIZE
Enbio S is six times smaller and three times lighter than a typical vacuum autoclave. With a width of 9.8 inches, a height of 6.3 inches and a depth of 22 inches, Enbio S features a convenient, compact design that’s a great fit for any practice–regardless of space. This autoclave machine is built for practices that need dependable sterilization performance while working within limited space. Its compact construction allows easy integration into existing clinical layouts without sacrificing processing capability or workflow efficiency.
FAST STERILIZATION SPEED
The Enbio S features an efficient operation that allows you to sterilize a load of wrapped instruments in just 15 minutes and unwrapped instruments in a FAST cycle in just seven minutes. Instruments come out fully dry and ready to use. Unbelievably short process times will save your procedure in an emergency, or allow sterilization of the instruments as you go, between patients.
It runs through four full cycles of drying per hour. And has the ability to sterilize 32 wrapped instruments and 50 unwrapped instruments per hour.
QUIET OPERATION
It emits noise at the level of only 32dB, which is barely audible to the human ear. This makes it possible to use the autoclave even in an operatory without disturbing your patients.
