Minor Restoration
- Repaired to original manufacturer specifications, all worn parts will be replaced with OEM parts.
- Exterior and interior thoroughly cleaned.
Major Restoration
- Includes all Repair Services offered in Minor Restoration.
- Exterior and interior thoroughly cleaned, if necessary, external casing is replaced and chamber trays cleaned.
- Replacing the power board (Alex Boiler Kit) and/or top cover.
Warranty
- 1-year warranty on units less than 10 years old (eligible for an extended year)
- 6-month warranty on units 10 – 15 years old

- Averaging a seven-day turnaround (after estimate)
- Appealing trade-in-options to purchase a brand new sterilizer
- All units will also be provided a quote for standard repair

What To Expect
Pick up is easy
- Call us and schedule a pick up for your sterilizer repair
- Refer to your accessories checklist sent to you when you set up your repair request. Please ONLY send in accessories required*
- Courier service will bring custom packaging for your sterilizer at time of pick up
Personalized Service
- Options are provided by Hayes Rep within two business days of evaluation being completed
- Selected option is performed along with a rigorous quality inspection
- Repair includes a Report of all repair services provided
Return Delivery
- Our courier service will confirm delivery date and time prior to shipment
- Sterilizer will be unboxed and placed on counter by our courier service
- Customer confirms satisfaction of the repair with a signed receipt

A $550 fee will be charged at or prior to pickup, which will be applied towards final repair cost.
